Choosing What Makes You Feel Alive
Stillness is often where discernment returns. (test) When the body is not constantly responding to noise, it becomes easier to notice what is true, what is habit, and what is simply no longer ours to carry.
A grounded rhythm does not remove complexity, but it does change how we meet it. With more space, we can listen more carefully, move more intentionally, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that do not need to rush to be valid.
When stillness becomes part of the rhythm, clarity has more room to lead.
